My name is Katz. Daan Katz. I love food. I love cooking.
I love life.
I also happen to be a wheelchair user and a Spoonie, so I know from personal experience how hard it can be to take good care of yourself when your pain levels are through the roof and your fatigue is weighing you down like nobody’s business.
That’s why I decided to create this website. To help other Spoonies take back their lives. Because there are ways. They’re not always easy, but they are there.
